Boundary Science is the study of how systems approach and cross the limits of their current descriptive or structural regimes. Rather than beginning with the specific equations of a discipline, it investigates whether common structural signatures—such as coherence degradation, persistence loss, and sensitivity amplification—precede regime transitions across otherwise unrelated systems. The goal is to develop mathematically disciplined, empirically testable tools that complement existing scientific theories rather than replace them.
